Experiment preparation
Material preparation: Prepare an appropriate amount of positive material (such as manganese dioxide), negative material (such as lithium metal), diaphragm, electrolyte, positive and negative shell, etc.
Tools: In addition to sealing the button battery and removing the mold, prepare auxiliary tools such as gloves, scissors, ruler, dropper or microinjector.
Environment preparation: Ensure that the operation area is clean and dust-free, and that the temperature and humidity meet the technical requirements to avoid the impact of static electricity and dust. The operation area should be equipped with a ventilation system to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases.
Sealing operation
Material preparation:
Use an electronic scale to accurately weigh the required positive material, negative material and electrolyte.
The positive material and the negative material are placed in the positive and negative shell respectively.
Cut diaphragm to desired size and set aside.
Electrolyte injection:
Use a dropper or microinjector to inject an appropriate amount of electrolyte into the positive shell to ensure an even distribution of electrolyte.
Pay attention to control the amount of electrolyte injection to avoid too much or too little.
Assembly operation:
Place the cut diaphragm on the electrolyte of the positive shell to ensure that the diaphragm is flat and free of bubbles.
Place the negative housing over the positive housing, making sure the two are aligned.
Sealing operation:
Place the assembled battery on the workbench of the button battery sealing mold to ensure the correct and stable position of the battery.
Adjust the fixture of the mold so that the battery is fixed in the proper position to avoid moving during the sealing process.
The battery is sealed with a manual pressing device to ensure that the positive and negative shells are tightly combined without leakage.
Adjust the pressing pressure and time to ensure that the sealing line is continuous, flat and free of bubbles.
After the sealing is completed, check the sealing effect to ensure that the positive and negative shell of the battery is tightly combined, no leakage, no bubbles, no cracks.
Disassembly operation
Battery pretreatment:
Place the button lithium battery to be disassembled on the operating table to check for leaks or other defects.
Confirm the packaging effect of the battery, and ensure that the positive and negative shells are well fitted without bubbles and leaky sealing.
Disassembly operation:
Place the battery on the workbench of the button battery removal mold to ensure the correct and stable position of the battery.
Adjust the fixture of the mold so that the battery is fixed in the proper position to avoid moving during disassembly.
Use the manual disassembly device to remove the battery. Ensure that the battery components are not damaged during the disassembly. The disassembly cable is continuous, flat, and without burrs.
After the disassembly is complete, check the disassembly effect to ensure that the internal components of the battery are free from damage, cracks, and deformation.
Quality inspection:
Carefully check each piece of sealed button lithium battery to ensure that the positive and negative shells are tightly combined, no leakage, no bubbles, no cracks.
Use tools such as microscopes and thickness gauges for detailed inspection and record relevant data.
Check the internal components of the disassembled battery to ensure that there is no damage, crack, or deformation.
Performance test:
Some samples were randomly selected for charge-discharge cycle test to evaluate the key indicators such as capacity retention rate and internal resistance.
Record test results and analyze the effect of sealing and disassembly on battery performance.
