Experiment preparation
Material preparation: Prepare an appropriate amount of lithium metal raw materials to ensure high purity and no impurities.
Tools: In addition to the lithium metal automatic production machine, you must prepare safety protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, and ESD clothes.
Environment preparation: Ensure that the operation area is clean and dust-free, the temperature and humidity meet the technical requirements, and avoid the influence of static electricity and oxygen. The operating area should be equipped with an inert gas (such as argon) protection system to prevent lithium metal from reacting with air contact.
Experimental procedure
Raw material preparation:
Put the lithium metal raw material into a special container to ensure that the surface of the raw material is clean and no oxidation.
Seal the container and pass an inert gas (such as argon) to remove the air in the container and prevent the oxidation of the lithium metal.
Raw material loading:
Connect the sealed container to the feed port of the lithium metal automatic producer.

Filmmaking parameter setting:
Set the parameters of the production system, including thickness, width, length, etc., according to the required lithium metal sheet specifications.

Automatic production:

The calender uniformly calends the lithium metal raw material to the desired thickness.

Electrode assembly:

Performance test:
Some samples were randomly selected for charge-discharge cycle test to evaluate the key indicators such as capacity retention rate and internal resistance. Record the test results and analyze the influence of lithium metal on the performance of the battery.
