Experiment preparation
1. Material preparation: Prepare an appropriate amount of assembled cylindrical lithium battery semi-finished products, including the battery that has completed the assembly of positive and negative electrode pieces, electrolyte injection and initial packaging.
2. Tools: In addition to the superelectric rotary sealing machine, prepare auxiliary tools such as gloves, scissors, and ruler.
3. Environment preparation: Ensure that the operation area is clean and dust-free, and that the temperature and humidity meet the technical requirements to avoid the impact of static electricity and dust. Experimental procedure
Battery pretreatment:
1. Place the assembled cylindrical lithium battery semi-finished product on the operating table to check whether there are leaks or other defects.
2. Confirm the initial packaging effect of the battery, and ensure that the aluminum shell is well fitted to the internal components of the battery, without bubbles and leaky sealing.
Parameter setting:
1. According to the battery specifications and sealing requirements, set the sealing parameters of the superelectric spinning sealing machine, including spinning speed, spinning force and spinning time.
2. Small batch test can be carried out first, adjusted to the best state and then officially put into production.
Battery loading:
1. Place the battery on the work table of the superelectric rotary sealing machine to ensure the correct and stable position of the battery.
2. Adjust the fixture so that the battery is fixed in the proper position to avoid moving during the sealing process.
Rotary sealing operation:
1. Start the spinning sealing procedure, and the spinning device will automatically spin and seal the opening of the battery.
2. Ensure that the spinning sealing line is continuous, smooth and free of bubbles. During the spinning process, the sealing effect can be monitored through the observation window.
3. After the spinning seal is completed, the spinning device automatically returns and the battery is removed from the workbench.
Quality inspection:
1. Carefully check each cylindrical lithium battery after spinning sealing to ensure that the sealing line has no leakage seal, no bubbles, no burning and other undesirable phenomena.
2. Use tools such as microscope and thickness gauge for detailed inspection and record relevant data.
Performance test:
1. Randomly select some samples for charge-discharge cycle test to evaluate key indicators such as capacity retention rate and internal resistance of the battery.
2. Record the test results and analyze the influence of spinning sealing on battery performance.
