The main system consists of structure,   refrigeration, heating and control.

Structure and materials

Box structure

Integral type, consisting of   environmental chamber and refrigeration unit, control panel on the door.

Material composition

Outer wall material: high-quality steel   plate, surface spraying treatment

Inner wall material: SUS304 stainless   steel plate

Insulation material: 100mm thick   composite insulation material (glass wool + polyurethane foam board)

Box structure

Outer wall material: high-quality steel   plate, surface spray treatment;

Appearance color: the box is warm gray   1C;

Inner wall material: SUS304 stainless   steel plate;

Shelf: 2 layers of laminate as standard.

Adopt high-temperature resistant,   long-axis motor, the motor is installed in the outdoor space, the shaft   extends into the room, and the stirring impeller is installed at the tail end   of the shaft; special insulation measures and heat dissipation system improve   the safety of the motor.

Explosion-proof and pressure relief

The temperature chamber is equipped with   an explosion-proof pressure relief door, which has explosion-proof pressure   relief function. When strong airflow impacts, when the pressure is greater   than 0.02MPa, the pressure relief door automatically opens, which is   conducive to the timely release of impact pressure, and can effectively   reduce the impact of the explosion, avoiding damage to the equipment body,   internal circuits and control systems; the pressure relief door size is   300*300mm, and stainless steel explosion-proof chain is installed, which can   be reused

Control method

Adopts cold end PID adjustment   technology, which can achieve temperature control effect through precise   output of compressor refrigeration capacity. The process of cooling and maintaining   temperature below normal temperature does not require the participation of   heater, which is completely different from the cold and hot balance   temperature control method, that is, heating without cooling, cooling without   heating, and energy saving of more than 40%.
