The puncture test should be carried out in an environment of 20℃±5℃. The battery is placed flat on the fixture, and a non-corrosive steel needle with a diameter of φ3-φ8mm is inserted into the center of the battery surface at a speed of 10mm/s-40mm/s. Keep it for any time and observe the test results. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or catch fire. The battery extrusion tester complies with GB31241-2014 and other standards.
