The CY-YLJ-5TA is a manual, oil-free press, primarily composed of an oil-free press, pressure sensor, and display unit. This press is specifically designed for use in glove boxes, particularly for pressing oxygen-sensitive materials. The frame and oil-free screw jack of the press are detachable for easy transfer through the glove box’s transition chamber.

Process Steps:

1. Material Preparation

Mix active materials (e.g., lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, graphite), conductive agents, and binders into a uniform slurry.

2. Coating

Apply the slurry onto metal current collectors (e.g., copper or aluminum foils) using a coating machine.

Dry the coated electrode layer to remove solvents.

3. Drying

4. Cutting

5. Pressing
